HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Prices depend on your location as well as available shipping options.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes! We ship internationally to most countries.

If we cannot ship to your country, the country will not be displayed during checkout. Situations are frequently changing, so feel free to contact us if your country is not on the list, and we'll check the status for you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days after an order is placed. You will be contacted by email if there are any delays!

If you are based in Australia, your order will arrive within 1 - 2 weeks after the package is sent out.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 1-2 months. Please be patient and understanding as situations vary depending on country and shipping method.

WILL MY PACKAGE BE CHARGED CUSTOMS?

If you are a customer from EU or UK, your package may be subjected to customs charges upon arrival. To avoid this, please purchase from my Etsy store instead!

Any charges that may incur once the package reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We do not have control over these charges as policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs if you have any further enquiries.

WHAT CURRENCY IS THE SITE IN?

Products will be displayed in your currency.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of arrival.
Once the product has been returned and is confirmed to be unused and undamaged, the full amount of the product's purchase price will be refunded to you.

Sale items cannot be returned.
Please contact us if you would like to return your order.

Conditions of return:

- Buyer must return item within 30 days of arrival
- Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

I RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If it is a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will be happy to send you the correct item free of charge.

If it is a mistake on your end, we will unfortunately not be able to refund you.

I WANT TO ADD MORE ITEMS TO MY ORDER, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

As long as we haven't packed your order, we are happy to assist you with this process.
Please contact us as soon as you can with both order numbers.
Any additional shipping cost will be refunded to you!
