I only accept payment via PayPal invoice in USD

Commissions over $100 have the option to be paid half upfront, & half after sketch approval.
Anything under must be paid full upfront.

Rush order (additional 50% of total commission price) may be requested to push your commission to the top of the queue.

Any major changes after sketch is approved may result in an additional fee per revision, unless I am at fault.

Prices non-negotiable. But I am open to discussing cheaper alternatives (and tips are always appreciated!)

If your commission request is accepted, I will contact you and we'll discuss your commission and I'll provide a quote

At least one sketch will be sent to you for approval. Please request any large changes during this phase.

WIPs will not be provided by default past the sketch approval, however you may request it at any point.

After the sketch has been approved, you may only request up to three minor changes unless I am at fault.

Once complete, the final artwork will be sent to you for approval. Any changes more than colour adjustments at this stage will result in an additional cost.

The final delivery will be through a Google Drive link, or a direct ZIP file.

Regular commission prices are for personal use only　

Twitch commission prices are listed for basic commercial usage
(streaming/social media usage)

personal usage:

You may:

• Use the image for your icon, header, background on social media (please credit me in your description)
• Use the image as backgrounds for personal devices
• Share the image on your social media with a link to my page
• Print the artwork for only your own usage, and not for sale

commercial usage:

2 x PRICE

When the artwork is not the main focus of the product

( eg. graphics for social media platforms that generate monetary profit, streaming assets, promotion/advertisement graphics, book/album covers, game assets )

3 x PRICE

When the artwork is the main focus of the product ( eg. stickers, apparel, posters etc. )

do not:

• Print the commission to make merch or sell (without a commercial license)
• Trace over the commission
• Edit the commission (this does not include cropping when using as an icon)
• Resell/mint my artworks as NFT
• Use my artworks to generate AI art

I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to livestream the making of your commission, unless agreed upon otherwise.

I remain the rightful owner of the commission, and only allow use of the image as outlined above

I allow sharing of your commission with proper credit (ie: do not claim that you or someone else drew it)

I reserve the right to use your commissioned artwork as an example for future commissions and for portfolio display.

I reserve the right to post your commission to social media. If it must remain undisclosed until a specific date, I will wait until after that date.

By commissioning me, you state that you are the rightful owner of the characters that you are commissioning

In the case of fan-art, you agree that you will not use the commission for profit

If you wish to use my art commercially or other projects, please discuss with me

A full refund may only be granted if the commission has not been started.

If the commission is unable to be completed for any reason, the full amount will be refunded

Any commission once started, and before sketch approval may be refunded for 50% of the total price.

After a commission's sketch has been approved by the client, it is no longer refundable.

You will be receiving a digital file only (no physical product)

Pricing is subject to change without notice, and you will be charged according to the prices applicable at the moment of confirmation of your commission request

(eg. If I quote you and you decide to commission a few months later, prices may have changed and the quote will change accordingly)

I cannot make major changes that would change the composition of the piece at the WIP check-in

(eg. perspective, sitting to standing pose, front view to back view, etc.) if it has not been requested in the initial commission application

I can only draw in my own art style, and cannot imitate someone else's, or change the way I draw something completely from how I usually draw it. If there is a particular style I've drawn before that you are interested in, please let me know
